Getting ServSafe® Certified Is a Simple Process

We offer a variety of options to get you certified. You can come to us in Bethlehem PA or we can come to you. If you are unsure which option is best for you, use our course finder tool to find the ServSafe package that works best for you immediately.

Once you have enrolled in a course, you will get your certificate of enrollment within 48 hours. You will also get an access code to your personalized study portal. If you already have an access code, you can login into the course portal.

To help you pass the exam, we offer practice tests and quizzes. You will have access to a personal account to track your study progress and take practice tests.

Once you are ready to take the exam, you can take it online with in-person proctoring. You will get your results right away.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens after I enroll in the course?
Once enrolling in the course, you will recieve a ceritifcate of enrollment to serve as proof of your enrollment. You will also recieve an email with access codes to login to the course.
All of the access codes will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. You can then distribute the codes to the people you purchased the course for.
You have 1 year to complete the course. Once you are ready to take the exam, you can schedule a time to take the exam by contacting us via email or phone.
You can access the practice exams and quizzes by pressing 'Course Login' at the top right and logging in with the access code you recieved in your email.
Yes, your access code will expire 1 year after purchase. If you need more time to complete the course, please contact us via email or phone.
Yes, the course is available in Spanish. The in person review and exam are also available in Spanish.
